Our second lot from the legendary Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica, this time a clean, juicy washed coffee reminiscent of lemon and cherry. This coffee very much says summer to us!
Hand picked by skilled pickers paid well above the daily rate for their attention to detail, each tree is visited up to seven times to ensure only the ripest cherries are picked. The cherry is then taken to the wet mill the same day, first defective "floaters" are removed, then it is pulped to remove the fruit and mucilage, before being dried for 32 hours.

Cut off time for orders is 9am each Thursday.
Shipping is UK only by Royal Mail and charges are as follows:
- Standard (2nd class) under 2kg - £3.45
- Standard (2nd class) over 2kg - £5.95
- Express (1st class) under 2kg - £4.25
- Express (1st class) over 2kg - £6.95
