With or without milk whether made on a fancy espresso machine, Aeropress, filter or just a simple cafetiére at home its got you covered. Led by the Robelo family who manage every step of the coffee production, growing, harvesting, milling but so much more than that. They understood long ago that investing in the community, looking after and protecting the land and educating themselves and others along the way is the basis for truly sustainable farming. A mix between two varieties Obata and Marsellesa. Both of which are hybrids of the same parent plants and offer disease resistance and are deliciousness in the cup. When roasting we go at a good pace to a medium roast level with slightly shorter development time to enhance the light honey sweetness and toasted almond flavours.
