BEKELE KACHARA - ETHIOPIA

Our last Ethiopian roast was a personal favourite for one of our roasters, Matt, reminding us once again of the deep fruity character of many of the coffees from that part of the world.

Bekele Kachara's naturally-processed blend of varietals local to his farm in Murago offer that similar combination of acidity and sweetness, balanced with a nuttiness that makes this coffee another great all-rounder. 

Bekele’s farm focuses on the production of natural coffees, from plants grown in the shade of intercropped fruit trees, all of which are spread out to dry for 16 days on raised beds.
