Produced by the Nasa Wesx indigenous community, this lot is fermented in a low-oxygen environment for 50 hours before being sun-dried on raised beds.

Cut off time for orders is 9am each Thursday.
Shipping is UK only by Royal Mail and charges are as follows:
- Standard (2nd class) under 2kg - £3.45
- Standard (2nd class) over 2kg - £5.95
- Express (1st class) under 2kg - £4.25
- Express (1st class) over 2kg - £6.95
