This coffee is grown by Luz Helena Salazar at her farm Maracay. Luz has been producing coffee for twenty years, supported in her pursuit for improving quality by her husband Jairo Arcila and her sons Carlos and Felipe, who established the specialty importer, Cofinet.
This lot is hand sorted for quality, fermented for 30hrs and then dried to achieve the desired moisture content.

Shipping is UK only by Royal Mail and charges are as follows:
- Standard (2nd class) under 2kg - £3.45
- Standard (2nd class) over 2kg - £5.95
- Express (1st class) under 2kg - £4.25
- Express (1st class) over 2kg - £6.95
