For coffee drinkers who love to follow the seasons. 

When developing our house coffee at Soulshine, we wanted to offer something that demonstrates just how flavourful these lovely beans can be, whether drunk with or without milk, made on a fancy espresso machine or just a simple cafetiere at home. Tidal is our answer, changing with the tides, always from a single origin, always from the freshest crops, and always with bags of character.

Winter 2025/26 - This batch of Tidal is produced by Victor Calderon, a 5th Generation coffee farmer who took control of his farm back in 2001. Having previously been ravaged by mineral mining, Victor and his team have brought the land back to life at El Tambor to ensure it can return to producing beautiful speciality coffee cherries.

When selecting this back in early December 2025, Andy & Shannon were struck particularly by a cup full of citrus and buttery sweetness. A bright light in the darker months.
