TIDAL ESPRESSO - IYENGA - TANZANIA

Our next seasonal espresso comes from the village of Iyenga and the 292 members of AMCOS - Iyenga Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society.

The coffee cherries are either processed by members or delivered to the Iyenga wet mill, hand sorted, pulped and washed before being dried on raised beds for 9-10 days.
