Our Tidal Espresso is named as it changes like the tides, with the seasons.
We selected this Peruivan washed coffee as our next seasonal espresso.
This lot is produced by small-scale farmers from San Ignacio in the Cajamarca department. The coffee is hand sorted then fermented for 20 to 30 hours before being shade-dried for between 15 and 20 days.

Cut off time for orders is 9am each Thursday.
Shipping is UK only by Royal Mail and charges are as follows:
- Standard (2nd class) under 2kg - £3.45
- Standard (2nd class) over 2kg - £5.95
- Express (1st class) under 2kg - £4.25
- Express (1st class) over 2kg - £6.95
